Ryan P. Sullivan has been promoted to Business Development Associate at Advoca Capital, LLC. His primary focus is to originate specialized financings including equity and debt private placements, credit tenant lease securitizations, tax exempt and taxable bond financings, tax increment financings, structured student housing financings and financial advisory services, among others.
Prior to joining Advoca Capital, Mr. Sullivan was employed by a global commercial real estate advisory firm where he was focused on advising financial institutions on repositioning distressed assets. Gregory A. Haidet, Advoca’s CEO, indicated that “Ryan’s strong marketing background and commercial real estate experience has been instrumental in positioning him for his new role at Advoca.”
