Ryan Sullivan

Ryan Sullivan joined Advoca Capital in the spring of 2010 as a Business Development Associate. His primary focus will be to assist in the continued growth of Advoca Capitals existing capabilities, i.e. credit tenant lease financing, commercial real estate sale and lease back financing, tax exempt and taxable bond financing.

Prior to joining Advoca Capital Mr. Sullivan worked for a global commercial real estate advisory firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. At that time his main focus was assisting financial institutions with distressed assets, working with clients on the acquisition and disposition of individual assets and portfolios, leasing of retail/office space, and due diligence.

Mr. Sullivan was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. His passion for education and outdoor activities was apparent in college, where he received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Western State College of Colorado. He has completed the Outdoor Semester in the Rockies, a 180-day backpacking trip from Colorado to Mexico, and the 2008 Austin Marathon.

Mr. Sullivan holds a FINRA Series 7 Securities License, is an active Young Leader with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a Developing Leader and Sponsorship Committee Chair with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a consistent attendee at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) functions.
